This template is extremely outdated and should not even be available to buy. Wordpress 4.9 was released in November 2017 and there have 18 major Wordpress releases since at the time of this writing (Feb 2025). Wordpress is currently on version 6.7. Additionally, PHP 7 reached end of life in November 2022, is no longer supported, and has several known security vulnerabilities. I reached out to the author about this template and they are asking for an additional $369 to make it usable on Wordpress 6.x and PHP 8.

Implementation was more difficult than I thought for a Wordpress Theme, I'm not sure if you can do this with out purchasing their support package.

It's friendly usage. But it come for customization still need to be improved as we unable to change some of the setting. From the demo site and site product information are not much info. If good that the manual itself can cater all question and with at least support on live chat during working hours. Orelse everything will be fined and can recommend to those developer who just need a basic thing about their property listing.
